About Us
How It Started
Honestly? It started with a terrible proposal.
We kept watching brilliant organisations lose bids they deserved to win. Not because their ideas were weak. Not because their teams weren't capable. But because their proposals were a mess — cluttered, vague, and written at midnight by someone who also manages payroll.
There's a specific kind of frustration that comes from knowing your organisation is the right fit for an opportunity, and then watching it slip away because the document didn't do justice to the work. We felt that frustration one too many times.
So we built Weavris. A team of writers, strategists, and former bid managers who exist for one reason: to take the hard, complicated, deadline-haunted work of proposal writing completely off your plate.
We're not a general copywriting shop. We don't do blogs, social posts, or product descriptions. We do proposals — and we do them obsessively well.
The Things We Won't Shut Up About
01
Complexity is not the same as depth.
A proposal stuffed with jargon isn't impressive. It's just hard to read. We write to be understood — by the actual humans who score these things — not to look clever. Clarity is the craft.
02
Structure is what gives good ideas a fighting chance.
Brilliant thinking buried in a disorganised document doesn't stand a chance. We're obsessive about frameworks, sequencing, and flow — because the best idea in the room still has to be the easiest one to follow.
03
Your deadline is our deadline. The actual one.
Not a rough approximation of it. Not 'by end of week'. The date on the brief. We've structured our entire process around this — because a proposal submitted late isn't a proposal at all.
04
Confidentiality isn't a feature. It's the baseline.
Every engagement is NDA-backed from day one. Your opportunity, your strategy, your competitive positioning — none of it leaves the room. We take this personally, not just professionally.
The People Behind the Proposals
We're a small team. Deliberately.
We don't scale by hiring people who are just fine. Every person at Weavris is obsessively good at what they do — because our clients are trusting us with high-stakes opportunities, not blog posts.
Writers Who've Been on the Inside
Our writers have worked as bid managers and proposal leads — so they don't just write well, they write with the evaluator's mindset.
Strategists, Not Just Scribes
We don't transcribe your briefings and call it a proposal. We ask hard questions, challenge assumptions, and build a narrative before we write a single word.
A Culture of Discretion
Confidentiality is baked into how we operate — not added at the end. Our team is trained to treat every client engagement like it matters, because it does.

What We're Actually About
"We believe the best organisations shouldn't lose opportunities because of a document. That's the problem we wake up to fix every day."
